I'm Effie Burrell, Founder of Synergea.

With over 35 years working for blue chip companies in leadership roles, almost 20 of those in people development, I partner with organisations to solve real business challenges and improve performance through smart, people-centred solutions.

 

I’ve led award-winning, impactful learning strategies; supporting thousands of colleagues through transformation, culture change, leadership development, and performance improvement.

 

I have a deep belief in the power of learning and skills to enable both people and organisations to thrive.
